In my five years as a Divisional-level Executive Assistant, I honed my administrative skills through extensive experience in calendar and email management, travel arrangements, meeting organization, research, personnel coordination and report management. I have high-level written and spoken communication skills and I am very comfortable dealing with all levels of corporate personnel. I am an excellent problem solver and can competently handle challenging situations.

Once I moved into Medical Accounts Receivable, I broadened my accounting experience through managing a four-state, $63 million dollar Medicare and Medicaid receivable for the largest home-care company in the United States. One of my first achievements was reducing the “over 120” from $1 million to under $50k in six weeks! Also during this time, I volunteered as the treasurer for my church and expanded my experience in general bookkeeping and fund accounting.
